HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The Kingdom Collective program forms a complete pathway that takes a founder from calling to commissioning. Through a prayerful discernment process, a 12-week Kingdom incubator, and a phased Division Partner model, each entrepreneur receives the spiritual covering, strategic guidance, and operational infrastructure needed to build a business that reflects the character of Christ. Every founder grows through clear stages of stewardship — from early support in branding, systems, and legal covering, to increasing autonomy and leadership responsibility as outlined in the Division-Based Stewardship Model.
This journey is fueled by the Collective Investment Fund, which reinvests 50% of The Kingdom Collective's annual net profit — after all operational costs, salaries, taxes, and expenses — into launching and supporting new Spirit-led businesses. Every business division funds itself through its own revenue, ensuring that gifts and donations go directly to the mission and not to overhead. The process culminates in Marketplace Launch, where each business becomes a testimony of transformation, discipleship, and measurable Kingdom Return on Impact (K-ROI) — tracked across seven categories including jobs created, ministries supported, leaders developed, and lives impacted. This is more than a business program — it is a Spirit-led path that equips everyday believers to build profitable, purpose-driven, world-changing Kingdom enterprises.
