The Kingdom Collective Founder Program is currently in its founding phase. The application process, Division Partner Agreement, and 12-week Kingdom Launch Incubator are being finalized as the ecosystem is built. We are actively accepting expressions of interest and will walk with every prospective founder through the discernment process as the program launches. To begin the conversation, contact us at contact@thekingdomcollectivelife.com.
We are building this with you — not before you.
The Kingdom Collective Founder Program is for those who believe their business idea or concept is a calling and understand they were never meant to build it alone. Many are called to create something meaningful but lack experience, clarity, confidence, or support — and that does not disqualify them. It reveals the need for covering and formation. This program helps builders grow in spiritual alignment, leadership capacity, and wise structure before pressure and growth outpace maturity. By forming the builder as intentionally as the business, the Founder Program protects what God is releasing and creates a foundation for healthy growth, lasting impact, and faithful multiplication that extends beyond the founder alone.
Founders who complete the pathway enter the ecosystem as Kingdom Division Partners — stewards of an assignment, built under covenant, and commissioned for lasting Kingdom impact.

The Founder Pathway is for builders who believe their business is a Kingdom assignment and are willing to build under covenant, covering, and stewardship — not independence. Founders who complete this pathway formally enter the ecosystem as Kingdom Division Partners, operating under The Kingdom Collective's spiritual, legal, and operational covering through a structured three-phase stewardship model.
This is not a startup accelerator. This is not a coaching program. This is a commissioning pathway for men and women called to build with God, not merely for Him.
If you sense a clear call to build — and refuse to do so without alignment, accountability, and obedience — this path may be for you.

Founders within The Kingdom Collective are not simply entrepreneurs. They are Kingdom Division Partners — stewards of an assignment entrusted by God for a season.
To enter the Founder Pathway is to acknowledge that:
Founders do not build in isolation. They build under covenant, covering, and accountability — as stewards, not owners.

Every founder begins with alignment, not a business plan. This stage centers on prayerful discernment — clarifying what God is asking you to build, why you are building it, and whether the timing is right. The entrepreneur senses God's leading and seeks alignment with The Kingdom Collective vision. No founder moves forward without spiritual clarity.
Founders formally express their interest by submitting a testimony, business vision, and references for review. This step establishes accountability and intentionality from the very beginning of the journey.
The Kingdom Collective evaluates calling, character, and business viability through interviews and discernment. This is not a pitch competition — it is a prayerful assessment of whether the founder and the assignment are ready to move forward together.
Before strategy, there is covenant. Founders align with the Kingdom Charter of Stewardship, the Kingdom Culture Code, and the covenant values of the community. This establishes trust, protection, and relational integrity before any business structure is formed.
The founder signs the Division Partner Agreement and officially enters the ecosystem as a Kingdom Division Partner — operating under The Kingdom Collective's spiritual, legal, and operational covering.
Before growth, the founder is formed. This stage is a 12-week training program covering branding, systems, finance, biblical leadership, and Kingdom culture — delivered through KC Academy, The Kingdom Collective Academy. KC Academy is the official education platform of The Kingdom Collective, offering courses built on the same foundational documents and covenant values that govern the entire ecosystem. The goal is not speed — it is capacity. We ask one central question: Can the founder carry what they are asking God to release?
Only after alignment and formation do we build structure. Division Partners grow through three structured phases with increasing autonomy and ownership — from early covering and systems support, to greater independence and leadership responsibility, to near full operational authority. Structure serves the mission. It never replaces it.
Founders begin operating under real-world pressure. This stage includes ongoing quarterly Kingdom Return on Impact (K-ROI) reporting, mentorship sessions, and covenant accountability. Founders learn to lead people, steward provision, make difficult decisions, and measure impact beyond profit — while remaining anchored in covenant community.
After 36 months, Division Partners reach a milestone of maturity and sustainability. At this point founders may pursue an optional buyout of their division, continue as a long-term Kingdom Division Partner, or transition into the Alumni Network. The goal is not independence — it is faithful multiplication.
Commissioned founders operate with maturity, authority, and Kingdom purpose. Their businesses become platforms for discipleship, provision, and lasting Kingdom impact. Alumni pour into the next generation — mentoring new Division Partners, contributing to the community, and multiplying Kingdom impact beyond themselves.

Entering the Founder Pathway requires humility, teachability, and a willingness to submit vision, timing, and growth to spiritual discernment and accountability. Division Partner businesses are stewarded as Kingdom assignments — not personal entitlements.

This model exists to protect vision, integrity, and long-term sustainability — for both the founder and The Kingdom Collective. It is not a system of control. It is a system of covenant stewardship designed to ensure that what God releases through this community is protected, multiplied, and passed forward to the next generation.

Founders do not surrender their calling, creativity, or responsibility.
They are not absorbed, erased, or sidelined. They are not stripped of identity or initiative. What changes is not who they are—but how they build.
The Founder Pathway is for those who:
This path is not for everyone—and it is not meant to be.
If you are unsure where you fit, we encourage prayerful discernment.
Every role matters. Every calling is honored. The Kingdom Collective is not just for founders — it is a covenant community built for everyone God is calling into Kingdom purpose.
If you believe God is calling you to build — and you desire to do so with alignment, covering, and integrity — we invite you to begin the Founder journey.
The Kingdom Collective exists to walk with builders from calling to commissioning — ensuring no one carries vision alone and no assignment lacks covering.
SkirionAI Network is a technology company founded by Kenneth Allen Mattison currently in development alongside The Kingdom Collective. Its vision is to eventually serve as the official technology arm of the ecosystem — driving innovative software development, AI development, AI agent marketing, blockchain integration, and data monetization in service of Kingdom entrepreneurs and the broader Collective community.
In its current phase SkirionAI is focused on building marketing solutions for Kingdom Collective initiatives and developing the AI and blockchain technologies that will one day power the ecosystem. As the business is established and the technology matures, SkirionAI intends to enter the Founder Pathway and become a formal Kingdom Division Partner — a living example of how a business is formed through covenant, governed through stewardship, and commissioned for Kingdom multiplication.
It is not the exception. It is the model.
