We are building this with you — not before you.
The Kingdom Collective was born in Conway, South Carolina and it will be built by this community. Local volunteers are the hands and feet of this mission on the ground — the people who show up, build relationships, serve founders, and make the ecosystem real in the community where it was born.
Every role on this page requires local presence in the Conway and Grand Strand region of South Carolina. If you are ready to serve — read through the roles below, find your lane, and reach out.
These are the most urgent local positions. Nothing else in the local ecosystem can fully function until these roles are filled.
What this role does for the Kingdom: The Founder and the President cannot build the ecosystem and manage daily organizational operations simultaneously. You are the operational backbone of The Kingdom Collective — managing communications, coordinating between all team members and volunteers, maintaining project timelines, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that the organization runs with excellence and integrity every single day. Without this role the organization cannot function at full capacity.
Skills needed:
Strong organizational and communication skills, experience in administrative or executive support, project coordination, calendar and correspondence management, and proficiency with standard office and communication tools.
Time commitment:
Regular weekly commitment. This is a foundational role that grows with the organization.
What this role does for the Kingdom: Your primary assignment is helping grow the covenant partner community in the Conway and Grand Strand region. You are building relationships with individuals, families, businesses, and believers who are called to walk in covenant community with The Kingdom Collective. You work directly alongside the President in relationship building and community development — multiplying his reach and extending the invitation into circles and communities he cannot reach alone.
Skills needed:
Relational gifting, community outreach experience, heart for Kingdom community, and strong communication skills. Experience in church outreach, ministry recruitment, or community organizing is a strong asset.
Time commitment:
Regular weekly commitment. This role is most valuable when consistently present in the community.
What this role does for the Kingdom: Churches and ministries adopting the Kingdom Giving Portal is the single highest-value growth driver in the entire ecosystem. When a church signs on it brings its congregation into contact with transparent stewardship, covenant partnership, and the broader Kingdom Collective community. You are the person who builds those church and ministry relationships — introducing pastors and ministry leaders to the giving portal and the covenant partner ecosystem and walking them through the process of joining.
Skills needed:
Experience in church relations, pastoral connections in the Conway and Grand Strand region, strong relational and communication skills, and understanding of church financial administration and stewardship.
Time commitment:
Regular weekly commitment. This is a relationship-based role that builds over time.
These roles are needed as the ecosystem launches and the local community begins to grow.
What this role does for the Kingdom: You are managing the Kingdom Impact Marketplace locally — onboarding new Kingdom Division Partner businesses, verifying that all marketplace listings align with covenant values, supporting businesses as they build their public transparency pages, and maintaining the integrity of the platform as it grows in the Grand Strand region.
Skills needed:
Organizational skills, familiarity with online marketplace or directory management, attention to detail, and understanding of The Kingdom Collective's covenant values and standards.
Time commitment:
Ongoing part-time. Grows as the marketplace grows.
What this role does for the Kingdom: You are planning and managing Kingdom Collective events — training days, community gatherings, covenant partner meetups, founder development sessions, and Kingdom entrepreneurship events in the Conway and Grand Strand region. Events are how the covenant community experiences the mission in person and how new founders, partners, and supporters are drawn into the ecosystem.
Skills needed:
Event planning and coordination experience, strong organizational skills, vendor and venue management, and experience with faith-based or community events is a strong asset.
Time commitment:
Event-based with regular planning involvement between events.
What this role does for the Kingdom: As Kingdom Division Partners move through the Founder Pathway they need mentors — established business leaders, pastors, and Kingdom entrepreneurs who can speak into their journey with wisdom, experience, and spiritual covering. You are building and coordinating that mentorship network in the Conway and Grand Strand region — connecting the right mentor to the right founder at the right stage of the journey.
Skills needed:
Relational gifting, experience in mentorship program coordination or ministry leadership development, and understanding of the Kingdom Division Partner pathway and what founders need at each stage.
Time commitment:
Ongoing part-time. Grows as the number of active founders grows.
What this role does for the Kingdom: Once The Kingdom Collective secures a physical facility — which is one of our most urgent current needs — someone needs to manage it. You are responsible for maintaining the space, coordinating its use for team operations and founder workspace, managing scheduling for events and training days, and ensuring that the facility reflects the excellence and covenant integrity of the organization it houses.
Skills needed:
Facility management experience, organizational skills, attention to maintenance and presentation standards, and coordination of shared workspace and meeting environments.
Time commitment:
Regular ongoing commitment. This role is active from the moment a facility is secured.
The Kingdom Collective needs a physical home in the Conway and Grand Strand region of South Carolina. A facility is not just an administrative convenience — it is the foundation from which everything local is launched. It is where the founding team works together. It is where Kingdom Division Partners have access to workspace, mentorship, and covenant community during the early phases of the Founder Pathway. It is where events, training days, and community gatherings happen. And it is the future local presence of KC Academy — The Kingdom Collective Academy — as it grows toward a physical campus in this region.
